RETURNS, REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

All sales are final and we do not offer returns, exchanges, cancellations or refunds. This policy does not affect your statutory rights. 


Each LIZA KEANE piece is created with intention, care and time. Many of our garments are made individually after an order has been placed. We do not operate through traditional mass production. Pieces are created in limited quantities, with production often beginning specifically for each order. This process may include sourcing materials, specialist fabric treatments, embroidery, cutting, hand finishing and garment construction.


Each garment is individually crafted. Variations in finish, texture, colour, treatments, embroidery, distressing and hand-applied details may naturally occur. These distinctions are inherent to the creation of the piece and are part of its individual character. Such variations are not considered faults.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT DUTIES

Orders shipped outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to customs charges, import duties, taxes or additional fees upon arrival. These charges are not included within our product prices or shipping costs.


Customs charges are determined by the destination country’s authorities and vary depending on local regulations, declared value and classification of goods. We cannot predict, control or reimburse these charges. Customers are responsible for checking applicable duties, taxes and import requirements before placing an order.


We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, unpaid import charges, refused deliveries, unclaimed parcels, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all import requirements for their destination country are met. We are not responsible for parcels that are delayed, rejected, held, or returned by customs authorities due to unpaid charges, import restrictions, missing customer information, or failure to communicate with the relevant courier or customs office.


If you choose to refuse delivery, decline payment of customs fees, fail to provide information requested by customs authorities, fail to collect your parcel, or your order is returned to us due to circumstances outside of our control, this will not be treated as a cancellation of your order or an automatic entitlement to a refund. Any additional shipping costs, return charges, customs fees, import costs or redelivery fees incurred will remain the responsibility of the customer.

SHIPPING

Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are calculated at checkout before purchase. Shipping rates may vary depending on destination, region and courier availability. Orders are shipped using recognised third-party courier services such as DHL. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. Orders will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout. Please ensure all shipping information is correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details.


Many LIZA KEANE pieces are made individually after an order has been placed. Made-to-order garments may require up to 3 weeks for production before your order is completed and scheduled for collection by our courier. 


Shipping and delivery dates provided are estimates only. While we make every effort to complete and dispatch orders within the stated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to the nature of our production process, material availability, specialist treatments, courier delays, customs processing, or circumstances outside of our control. A delay within a reasonable production or delivery timeframe does not constitute cancellation of an order or automatic entitlement to a refund.


Courier delays and customs processing times are outside of our control. If a parcel is delayed or lost in transit, we will work with the courier to investigate and resolve the issue. For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs charges, import duties, taxes, fees or requirements applied by their destination country.
